She wants me to take this travel mug instead of wasting a paper cup.  I knew this was going to be a disaster because asking to fill up one travel mug in the drive thru with 2 cremes, but 1 creme in the other normal paper cup was too much to handle.  Compound that with the fact that 90% of the employees working at that location is not Canadian and cannot speak English.  <BR><BR>So there I was, &#8220;Can I take your order?&#8221;<BR><BR>&#8220;Yeah, I&#8217;d like one large coffee, two cremes.  I have a travel mug for that one by the way&#8221;.<BR><BR><pause>&#8230;&#8221;You&#8217;d like a refill?&#8221;<BR><BR>&#8220;Yes, that coffee will be in a travel mug.&#8221;<BR><BR>sjdhfjkasdjhf <<<  This is non-English speak by the employee.<BR><BR>I murmer, &#8220;I have no idea what you just said.&#8221;<BR><BR>&#8220;I&#8217;d also like another large coffee, 1 cream.  I don&#8217;t have a travel mug for that one so I guess in a regular paper cup?&#8221;<BR><BR>sjdhfjkasdjhf <<<  This is non-English speak by the employee.<BR><BR>I murmer, &#8220;Oh sh*t&#8230;I have no idea what you just said.&#8221;  I&#8217;m pretty sure they heard this.<BR><BR>&#8220;You&#8217;d like a refill?&#8221;<BR><BR>At this point I&#8217;m looking at where I can drive off but there&#8217;s never an escape from a drive-thru.  I think they build the curve things on purpose to keep you locked in so you can&#8217;t drive away in retaliation.  I&#8217;m forced to ride this one out.&#8221;I&#8217;d like one large coffee, 2 cremes in this travel mug, I&#8217;d like another large coffee, 1 creme in a regular cup. That&#8217;s it.&#8221;<BR><BR>sjdhfjkasdjhf <<<  This is non-English speak by the employee.<BR><BR>I drive through.  I&#8217;m asked to pay $4 something for two $1.52 coffees.  She passes me 3 cups.  I explain the situation and end up with a travel mug and 1 more cup.  I ask her twice:<BR>&#8220;So this is the one with 2 cremes and this is the one with 1 creme?&#8221;<BR><BR>&#8220;Oh yeah-yeah, two creme&#8221;<BR><BR>  &#8220;Oh sh*t.&#8221;<BR><BR>Totally a bad feeling about this but I have my hands full and I&#8217;m not about to start opening lids and checking for brownish tones so I drive home.   I get home and both are very very light, meaning two creme in both, plus mine has like 2 sugar in it.  I was furious and I&#8217;m still in a bad mood.  That was my last five bucks and my gas tank empty light is on.
