He was going pretty slow in the fast lane and sort of looked like the type that wouldn&#8217;t normally go that slow.  I saw him with a smoke in one hand held to his mouth and a cell phone to his ear with the other hand.  What a guy&#8230;I think he must have been steering with the palm of his hand or his knee.
