Blackberry Pie 1 quart fresh blackberries 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbsps. all -purpose flour Pastry for 2-crust pie,unbaked 1 tbsp. butter Mix blackberries with sugar,salt & flour. Fill pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Adjust top crust. Bake in pre-heated very hot oven (450 F) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate (350 F) and bake 25 minutes longer. Makes 6-8 servings.
