Carrot Cake Cake: Stir Together: 1 1/3 Cup Flour 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Salt Combine 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Oil Beat in 3 eggs one at a time. Blend in 2 Cups of carrots. Grease Pan and cook for 1 hour @ 350 Icing: Cream together 1-4oz (1/2 pack) cream cheese, 2 Tbsp butter, gradually blend in 1 1/2 cups icing sugar.
