Marinade some chicken slices: 1 chicken breast cut into flat slices 1/2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tbsp regular oil Put aside for later. Sauce Mixture: 3/4 Cup Water 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Concentrate 2 1/4 tbsp Light Soy 1/4 tsp Dark Soy 1 tsp sesame oil 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch Put aside for later. Vegetables: Broccoli pieces, carrot slices, sweet onion petals, mini corn cobs from a can etc. When ready, put garlic,ginger in a wok with oil already hot. Put hard veggies in first and coat, soften followed by the rest. Push aside and mostly cook chicken through. Then add everything with the sauce and simmer. Veggies should be firm and fresh not mushy.
