Orange Chicken 3 pounds of skinless chicken breast (5 pieces or so, bone in is good) 1/3 C Flour 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Paprika 1/8 tsp Cinnamon A Few chunked onions 3/4 C Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice Dump the Dry ingredients in a bag, and shake to coat wet chicken. Roast in the oven 450C for 20 minutes. Saute onions in a frying pan until they're half cooked. Dump them in a roaster and lay chicken on top. Pour orange juice on top of chicken. Roast in the oven 350C for an hour and a half.
