Pie Crust Makes double pie crust. 2 C Flour 1 TBSP White sugar 3/4 TSP Salt 2 C Butter (cold) 1/2 C Water Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut butter into 1/2 inch cubes. Place into flour mixture and use fingers to break up the cubes but not too much. Leave lumps. Pour in water and lightly fold with hands into a ball. Make your crusts/pie. Put back in fridge for about 2 hours before baking.
