SPARE Ribs (Barbecued) 4-5 servings 450 degrees F 2 lbs. (910ml.) spare ribs 3/4 tsp.(3.5 ml.) salt 1/8 tsp. (0.6 ml) pepper METHOD: Cut spareribs into serving pieces. Sprinkle over them 2 tbs.(30ml) chopped onions and garlic salt if you wish. Bake for 30 minutes while ribs are baking, prepare the barbecue sauce. SAUCE 2 tbs. (30 ml) brown sugar 2 tbs (30 ml.) worchestershire sau 1 tbs.(15ml) paprika 3/4 tsp.(3.6ml) salt 1 c. (250 ml.tomato juice 1/8 tsp.(0.6 ml.) cayenne 1/4 c. (60ml.) white sugar 1/4 c. (60 ml.) catsup 1/2 c. (125 ml) water Simmer the above when mixed well together for 15 minutes. Pour over spareribs: bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
