Square bench dogs

I needed some square wooden dog for my workbench dog holes. The Lie-Nielsen website wanted $50 for the pair. I knew a guy who bought them and I asked for the dimensions and made my own. Perfect replicas.

Card scraper

I bought my first woodworking card scraper today, such a cheap little thing that’s so useful. It can scrape off the thinnest shavings of wood a hand plane could never do.
