Router table

I got a router and table set very cheaply today.

I’ve already started on making shelves for work to spice up my new cubical. There’s a black metal bracket to snap components onto everyone’s walls but the shelf that can snap on it is very hard to come by. I thought I’d make a shelf and screw it on the bracket. I’ve made two 2 foot long shelves with a nice roman ogee bit edge all around it. I’m going to stain it cherry red and varnish it to look all spiffy.

Actually the real reason I got the router is because I’ve been searching for a desk side table to put my printer and scanner on but I can’t find what I’m looking for and not in cherry red. I’m going to make it. The price I would have paid for that will pay off this new toy.
