I did my own front disc brakes yesterday. Canadian Tire wanted like $500 to replace the rotors and pads so I went to Canadian Auto Parts and bought the 4 pads and 2 rotors for $90. I took a class once but youtube.com was the best help. I changed them with no troubles – they work. I told my boss the day before to say I might call in the next day with an odd excuse why I couldn’t come in to work but I showed up on time.
