In auto mechanics class we learned how to clean our throttle body/air intake valves in about 5 minutes that boosts performance and gas economy.

It’s a bad idea to say “It’s out of my hands” at a business meeting.

House updates: Laminated the master bedroom and destroyed the old blue carpet. Next up are the upstairs hallway and spare bedroom.
Finished putting up large storage shelf space in the garage to make room for my car and growing tool collection.
Finished painting the master bedroom and bathroom with light and dark grey. Also finished painting the lower level with two shades of brown with white accents. Thanks to my little helper for all of the above.

Abby learned a new trick, a bad one.
She reaches all the way up to the kitchen counter looking for food.
A couple days ago she grabbed a bag with 4 apples and 3 bananas. All that was left was a couple of pieces of ripped up apple bag on the floor. I didn’t notice the bananas were missing until a day later when I went to get one.

This weekend I kept busy by putting up rain gutters on the back of my house. Now you can walk out on the patio I built in the summer and not get rained on. The patio should be more protected now from water and rot.

It’s pretty good that you can just get a ladder at Canadian Tire and then return it when you’re finished.
