Day 2 with the new dog

Holy hell !
She wakes up at 7 am and wants to play with everything. While we eat breakfast we put her in her crate and she cried like the time I got kicked in the jimmy.
I know barking is right around the corner, you can hear them almost coming out. It’s sort of like a yelp mixed with a howl.
Please Lord take me, I’ve got my suitcases packed.

Day 1 with the new dog

Abby was brought home. She was a little shy but we played in the yard and got along. She’s already mostly potty trained and we take her out every hour or so to relieve herself.
She doesn’t like her crate at all – she doesn’t want to go in. If we put her in she whines.
We know if we let her out when she cries she knows she’ll get what she wants so we don’t give in.The night wasn’t bad. We put her in her crate by our bed, she cried like hell but silenced after a few minutes. We let her out after 4 hours. No crapping in crate that night.

Peeve: Knee-braces.
People who wear knee braces that probably don’t need to.
You see them everywhere. Usually it’s higher income professionals who like to join as many teams as possible to make them feel good about themselves but rarely show up. They put on these accessories and body decorations when they don’t have anything wrong with their limbs at all.

If your cartilage is so bad you can’t walk around then fine put it on, don’t slap them on and pretend to be a big gimp.

They’re everywhere…in my bed, on the counter, on the food…they’re on me right now…crawling everywhere…I think I’m going crazy !
